Our Bentley Green HOA Board meets once every quarter to review community priorities, financial updates, and ongoing projects. These meetings provide homeowners with transparency into board decisions and an opportunity to stay informed about neighborhood initiatives. We encourage all residents to attend and participate so we can continue building a strong, engaged community together.

Are there rules about landscaping changes?

Lawns must be properly maintained and kept free of weeds and bare spots, properly irrigated, mowed and periodically edged.. Any new landscape plans and significant changes must be approved by the ARB.

Can I have a swingset on my property?

Yes. Wood play equipment is encouraged as an alternative to metal. Play structures should also be located at the rear of the dwelling and positioned so as not to be visible from a public street.

Can I put a metal roof on my screen patio?

No, any roof must have a minimum pitch of 5/12 and be made of "dimensional" or "architectural" fiberglass shingles.

Do I need permission to paint the exterior of my house?

Yes. Colors or materials used on any home must be compatible with other homes built for the same area and requres ARB approval. if you are chaning the color or the materials.

What are the rules for  trash cans?

Trash should only be put out the morning of collection days. Emptied receptacles should be stored out-of-view as soon as possible the day of collection

Can I park my RV, boat,  trailer in my driveway?

No boat, boat trailer, camper, mobile home, travel trailer or other non automotive vehicle or trailer can be parked in the community for a continuous period in excess of forty-eight (48) hours.
